Hikvision DS-KD-TDM 4-Inch Touch Display Module with Mifare Reader

The Hikvision DS-KD-TDM is a 4-inch IPS touch display module with a built-in Mifare card reader, designed for Hikvision KD8 Series modular door stations. It replaces the row of mechanical call buttons with a searchable on-screen directory, so a visitor scrolls or types a flat number instead of counting buttons — the practical answer for a building with more residents than buttons. It also handles PIN and card unlocking in the same module. For Egyptian residential towers and mixed-use buildings, this is the module that makes one door station serve dozens of apartments. Order the DS-KD-TDM today from Speed4Trading with genuine Hikvision stock, official warranty and fast delivery across Egypt.

Why Buy the Hikvision DS-KD-TDM?

Button-based door stations stop making sense past a handful of flats. Either you install a huge panel of labelled buttons that fades in the sun, or you hand visitors a confusing grid. The DS-KD-TDM solves it with a screen: the resident list is stored digitally, searchable, and edited from software rather than with a label printer and a screwdriver. The same screen also takes a PIN or a card for residents, and can display building notices or advertising when idle — useful for a managed compound or commercial lobby. One module, three jobs that previously needed three.

• PIN code unlocking for residents and staff
• Built-in Mifare card reader for card and fob entry
• Displays advertisements or building notices when not in use

• IP65 and IK08 rated for outdoor, public-facing entrances

Perfect For

Residential towers and apartment buildings where one entrance serves many flats. Gated compounds with a central pedestrian entrance. Office buildings and business centres with multiple tenant companies on one street door. Clinics and medical centres with several practices sharing a lobby. Mixed-use buildings where a printed name panel would need constant updating.

Easy Installation & Compatibility

The DS-KD-TDM is a module within the Hikvision KD8 Series Pro modular door station system. It joins a main unit through the module-to-module connectors, so the display does not need its own network cable — the main unit provides the IP connection and the module stack carries power and data. A mounting bracket is required and is chosen by the number of modules in your panel; it is not supplied with the module. Resident lists, PINs and cards are configured through the door station's management interface and iVMS-4200, and the door station continues to work with Hik-Connect for app answering and remote unlocking. Because the directory is software-managed, adding or renaming a resident later is a configuration change, not a site visit with new labels.
