Returns

You can request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts included. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending anything back, and include your order number and the reason for the return:

We will confirm whether the return is accepted and explain the next steps. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when you receive it. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo of the item, so we can review the issue and make it right.

Warranty

Hikvision products sold by The Speed Market come with an official 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault appears after the 14-day return period, it is handled under the warranty. See our Warranty page for details.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, contact us to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the return has been approved. If it is approved, we will contact you to arrange your refund.
