Welcome to The Speed Market. This online store is operated by Speed4Trading, an authorized Hikvision agent in Egypt since 1999, trading online as The Speed Market. In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "we", "us" and "our" refer to Speed4Trading / The Speed Market, and "you" refers to anyone who visits the store or buys from it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, apply when you browse or buy from thespeedmarket.com (the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Your information and account

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract to place an order. When you order, you agree to give us accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number and delivery address, so that we can confirm and deliver your order. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity on your account.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product colours and appearance may look slightly different on your screen. Product descriptions, specifications and availability may change without notice, and we may limit the quantities available for any product.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it. Before an order is dispatched, our team will call you on the phone number you provided to confirm the details. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if a price or description was listed in error. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the details you provided.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order. The shipping fee for your address is shown at checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice; if a promotion has its own terms, those terms apply to that promotion. Cash on delivery is available across Egypt; other available payment options are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, pickup and returns

Delivery areas, fees, estimated delivery times and showroom pickup are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Warranty

Hikvision products sold by The Speed Market come with an official 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Details are on our Warranty page.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images, graphics and design, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the store for your own shopping purposes, but you may not copy, republish or use its content commercially without our written permission. Hikvision and other brand names, logos and product names shown in the store are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Third-party tools and links

The store may include tools or links provided by third parties. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

9. Relationship with Shopify

The Speed Market is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with The Speed Market. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and The Speed Market, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with The Speed Market.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information to provide and improve the Services, as described in Shopify's Privacy Policy.

11. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, comments or suggestions, you allow us to use, publish and display them in connection with the store. Your feedback must be honest and must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content that breaks these rules.

12. Errors

Occasionally the store may contain errors in product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping fees or availability. We may correct such errors and update information at any time, and may cancel an affected order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will contact you.

13. Acceptable use

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the store, including by attempting to disrupt it, uploading malicious code, collecting other people's personal information, placing fraudulent orders, or using bots, scrapers or other automated tools in a way that interferes with the store or hides that the access is automated. We may restrict or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

14. Limitation of liability

Apart from the warranty described above and any rights you have under Egyptian law that cannot be excluded, the store and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Egypt.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and changes apply from the date they are posted.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to purchases from the store will be subject to the competent Egyptian courts.
