Is it ColorVu? No — this is Smart Hybrid Light: colour at night comes on with the white light for an event, not around the clock the way ColorVu does (which we carry in the G3 generation).

Is the white light annoying inside the house? You can set it: on for people only, or turned off leaving the infrared running — the control is entirely in the settings.

Why pay more than the 1121G0-I? Recorded audio + smart alerts + colour on an event. If the camera is in a place that matters — it is worth it. A secondary corridor? The basic one is enough.
